What’s the difference between couture and ready-to-wear?

Ready to Order means the dress is made in standard sizes and ready to ship. This option is ideal if you know your size and want it sooner. Made to Order means we create the dress specifically for you, using your exact measurements for a flawless fit. It takes a little more time, but the result is a piece tailored to you with care and precision.

How do I submit my measurements for a couture piece?

All you need to do is choose your style, select the custom made option, enter your measurements (in inches or centimetres), and pick your preferred colour. We’ll take care of the rest. Just be sure to take your measurements carefully, it makes all the difference in achieving that perfect fit.

How long does it take to receive a made-to-order piece?

Made to Order pieces typically take up to 4 weeks from the time your order is placed to when it’s ready to ship. This can vary depending on the design, more intricate styles that require detailed hand sewing may take a little longer than simpler pieces. Each dress is made just for you, so we take the time to get it right. As soon as it’s on its way, we’ll let you know!

Can I return or exchange a couture item?
