Please note that Elegant Ensembles offers size customization exclusively; alterations to design elements are not available.
As each garment is created uniquely for the individual customer, minor variations in fabric colour and embellishments may occur. These distinctions reflect the artisanal craftsmanship that defines every piece.
Elegant Ensembles upholds a strict no-refund policy on customised orders. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the garment accurately reflects the submitted specifications such as measurements and colour choices even if it does not fit the wearer or in cases of a change of mind.
Should you wish to exchange a standard-size garment for a custom garment, we will gladly process the new order at no additional customization fee, provided the original item is returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact. Please note that return shipping and postage fees for the new item are the responsibility of the customer. Accurate measurement submission is required for all made-to-measure orders. Our standard production timeline is 30 business days, followed by 14 business days for delivery.
