At Elegant Ensembles, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Items bought through www.elegants.au may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- In new, unworn condition
- With original tags securely attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant marks, stains, odours, alterations, or any other signs of wear
- Whenever possible, returned in original packaging
Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted for return, and any returns received after 14 days from delivery will not be processed.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 20 business days for inspection and processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been reviewed, and your refund has been issued. Please note that shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. In cases where a parcel is refused or unclaimed, all associated return shipping and duty fees will be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund or billed accordingly.
Customised and made-to-measure garments are produced specifically according to the wearer’s specifications and, as such, are non-refundable and not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not conform to the submitted measurements and details. Exchanges & Replacements
We offer a one-time exchange for eligible returnable items. The original item must be returned and approved before a replacement can be issued. Any price difference, as well as postage, duties, and taxes for the exchanged item, must be covered by the customer. Please note that exchanged items cannot be returned again.
Unusual Return Activity
Elegant Ensembles reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or limit future purchases in cases of unusual or excessive return activity.
Processing Times
Return, exchange, and refund requests are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
